| Warranty term and conditions |
LIMILASER Co.,Ltd warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal usage when purchased from authorised the Company dealers for the duration of the warranty.
The warranty for our products is 12 months from the date of the purchase.
The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of:
- unauthorised alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
- damaged by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.
The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation. |
The customer of LIMILASER Co.,Ltd has a chance to return the product and get menoy back if they dislike the product after purchase.
The time limit of refund for all product is 1 month from the date of purchase.
The refund will be void in the event of:

There will be 20% restore charges for the refunded items |
- Contact us and tell us the reason of return and get your RMA#.
- Carefully re-pack your items in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.
- We are not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit. We urge you to insure your return shipment against loss or damage.
